"Wobbly. Color not as pictured (no not even any of the 3 tones they show in different lighting). It all looks fake but has a weird color as if someone stained a board but didn’t wipe the stain off. Customer service is truly a bot—went in email circles with responses in under 60 seconds until a human finally took over. The legs at the foot of the top bunk are bigger than the rail they rest on, so it looks like you either did something wrong during assembly or this is poorly thought out. Slats fit loosely inside their cut outs. I don’t want any part of my children’s bed “loose,” and there are so many areas where this is the case. Trundle is exposed at the ends of the bed, making it look cheap and unfinished. Overall, I would not purchase this again anywhere near this price."
