So whether you’re needing to find a mattress for your twin, full, or queen bed frame, our children’s mattresses are the perfect pick. Our twin mattresses measure 75” L x 38.5” W while our full-size mattresses measure 75” L x 53.5” W and queen-size mattresses measure 79.5” L x 60” W. Each mattress-in-a-box comes compressed and rolled for an easy setup. For optimal comfort from day one, we recommend allowing the mattress to expand and reshape for 24 hours prior to sleeping on it for the first time.
