"It's been two months and my child still has no bed to sleep in. I have had a terrible and unprofessional experience with this company. The bed I ordered arrived damaged, which seems to be a common complaint. I completed their lengthy process to have replacement parts shipped, however several of the pieces never arrived. The tracking numbers said the shipper was delivering to FedEx for two weeks, and the representative I was emailing with kept telling me to wait another 3-5 days. After several calls and navigating their phone tree, I was able to speak with someone. The first representative told me to wait longer. Called again - the second representative finally admitted that one month was too long and something was wrong. She placed another order for the replacement parts. Yesterday, the final replacement part finally arrived and it's the wrong part. At this point, I was wanting to return the whole bed. I finally contacted a real person on the peone and she said I would receive an email from a supervisor. In the email, Verbatim - the damaged part is ""œcomestic"" so I have to choose between a partial refund OR a new part. Unbelievable - after spending $1,000 with this company, I would expect a high quality product which is clearly not the case. Do NOT order from this unprofessional and poor quality company. Spend your money elsewhere."

"My 5 year-old girl was so excited when she saw her big girl bed. She’s very comfortable climbing the stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night & returning on her own. The bed is beautiful and sturdy. But only one adult can climb in for story time. I got a twin size duvet because a quilt with sheets is a hassle. I also recommend a thin mattress so the rails can be taller. Husband put it together in a few hours, relatively easy. Only con: The tape for the curtain below, sometimes becomes undone, which is annoying. I suppose I could purchase some kind of special tape. Otherwise, perfect."

"Quality bed with real wood. Direction were really clear for assembly. There are a lot of steps, but each one is easy and it goes together in a cinch. Stairs could fit a little better, but all in all I would definitely buy it again."
When we got the bunk
"When we got the bunk bed we were so excited! Put it all together it turned out amazing until I found some brown stains all around the front. Customer service was nice and sent over extra rails. Not even two weeks later … the tent started falling off. If felt like a game everyday. It came off we put it on came off put it back on. From days became every few hours to eventually not even sticking. It sucks because my son cries for the tent and calls under his bed his fort. Wish you all had better quality tape or Velcro or at least sent a couple seeing as we paid for the tent too"
