"These are very nice bunk beds. Solid wood, relatively easy to put together. All parts and pieces were there, instructions were pictures and part numbers to follow step by step, had to pay attention to detail but they were accurate. The trundle fits perfectly underneath with bedding on it, but the pillows were to thick. Could probably squish them down to fit, but I didn't. I weigh 145 and have climbed up from the ladder to the top bunk to put the sheets on it and did not feel at all concerned about being too heavy. Not even a creak. The mattress support boards have a lengthwise metal beam down the middle and each one is screwed in to the side rail. Very secure. I got this for when the grandkids come over, it wont have daily use, but it is very much capable of handling daily use. I got the white finish, which you can see some wood grain through. Matches my white baseboards and trim perfectly. My only complaint is the part number stickers. Handy for when you are assembling, but what a pain to remove those, they did not peel off nicely. Overall an excellent purchase and a great value."

"We all LOVE this Bunk Bed with Trundle! I took the 2 of us a half day to put together but the instructions are very good and everything lined up well. The bed is very sturdy, and love the durable finish. A couple things, the trundle did not have a center metal brace to protect the wood slats from breaking should someone jump on it like the metal brackets on the top 2 beds. I had to call about what thickness mattress to buy for the trundle, 5"" NOT 8"" to fit under the bed, I could not find it in anywhere on the web site. Their mattress are very comfortable to sleep on. The color ""clay"" is on the darker side which we like but perhaps should have been named WET CLAY, we were expecting it to be a little lighter in color. The boxes were ruffed up and someone taped those area's during shipping but packing inside was very good as nothing was damaged. The matching dresser is coming in today! I'll review that one too."

"Beautiful matte walnut color. Exactly what we were looking for! Bunks/trundle were easy to put together. It took my husband and a teenager about 3 to 4 hours at a leisurely pace. We also ordered the 8 inch and 5 inch memory foam mattresses and protective covers. They are very comfortable for kids and adult adults. I did think the mattress covers were supposed to have zippers on them, but they are just a fitted mattress protector not covering the bottom. I haven't tested, but they do seem waterproof underneath yet comfortable fabric on the outside. When ordering I received only one tracking number. After only the ladder arrived and my order showed completed, chat support advised arrival to be several different shipments with multiple tracking numbers provided by the chat support person. My original order confirmation did not indicate this. The customer support person was extremely friendly and empathetic to my concerns, not always the case in this day and age with customer support."

"Overall excellent experience, we purchased the bunkbed and checked the wrong box for color and had to exchange it- shipped quickly and was able to swap out for a small shipping fee. Took us a few hours to assemble but found it to be very sturdy and hopefully durable over time."
