"Overall, the bed looks nice once it’s assembled, but unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth the price. The wood is quite soft. Ours arrived with a few dents, and it chipped very easily when one of my kids accidentally knocked the ladder out of place. For the price, I expected the quality and durability to be significantly better. It’s also very overpriced for what you’re getting. You can find very similar-looking bunk beds on Amazon for about half the price, and I’m not sure what justifies the difference. Assembly was another major frustration. It took way longer than expected, and the instructions were not just unclear—they were genuinely confusing. The diagrams were difficult to interpret, and several times it wasn’t obvious what they were trying to show. I’ve put together plenty of IKEA furniture, and IKEA’s instructions are much clearer and easier to follow. So yes, the finished bed looks nice, and I’m happy with the overall appearance. But between the soft wood, the damage/chipping, the extremely confusing assembly, and the high price, I would not purchase it again. If I had to do it over, I would buy a similar bed elsewhere for significantly less."

"The customer service was wonderful. The representative was very kind and responsive, and the exchange process from a Full-over-Full bunk bed to a Twin-over-Twin model was smooth and comfortable. The product arrived within just a few days after ordering. The bunk bed feels very reliable, sturdy, and solid. It does not wobble, and our children are very happy with it. The assembly was also easy, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only minor thing we noticed is that the underside of the upper bunk is visible from below, which affects the appearance a little. Q&A

Does “reversible ladder” mean that it can go at either end of the bed? The sample in the pic has the ladder on the right hand end. Can it also go on the left hand end? I ask because the kids’ are used to a bed where the ladders on the left at the “foot” of the bed when the headboard is against the wall.

On the bottom bunk, a 12-inch mattress would not leave enough headroom, and on the top bunk, it would not leave enough functional guard rail height.
