"The bedframe is pretty cute, but it arrived with several flaws (slats don’t line up to go into slots indented to hold them, gaps between pieces that are assembled to create headboard and footboard, notches don’t align with baseboards) and scratches. The quality does not meet my expectations. If you’re looking for a flawless product, this likely won’t be that—I saw a similar comment in a separate review before buying hoping it was a one-off issue. I contacted support more than a week ago and they’ve not responded. No phone for support exists, only email, which is extremely upsetting."

- Hi Amy! It has a 400lb resting weight capacity.
- Does this only need one mattress? Or a boxspring too? What is the best depth mattress?
- We don’t require box springs because our beds come with slats. For beds with guardrails, we typically recommend a mattress 8” or under for safety. Since this bed doesn’t have guardrails, the choice really depends on the look you want and how much of the headboard you’d like visible.
