"There was a mistake in manufacturing and the bottoms of the drawers did not fit in the slots created for them to slide into. It caused a huge issue. We also got two of these dressers and both had the same problem. We had to go to Home Depot and get new, thinner drawer bottoms cut. Customer service gave us a 15% discount but it was a huge time consuming issue. Now that they’re together the dressers are cute but I wouldn’t order from here again."

"Overall a nice piece of furniture. There was one part of it that did not fit as well as it should have and we had issues with that and had to fix it on our end. Also it arrived with a gouge in the top. However, I give 5 stars for the customer service- absolutely top notch. They came up with a solution quickly and professionally for us and I’d definitely use this company again for further purchases."
"Very impressed with this dresser’s quality and how heavy duty the wood feels. My only complaint is that the dresser height is shorter than I anticipated and the drawers aren’t very spacious. Not sure how many years I will be able to get out of the dresser as my child grows older."
