"Beware, the 5 in twin foam mattresses is really only 3 in and you can feel the bed slats through the mattress when you lie in bed to read to your toddler. I contacted the company about this, and they never even responded, even after follow up. I purchased two for their bunk bed, and now stuck them. This company's customer service is not good."

- I purchased a bunk bed elsewhere that requires an innerspring mattress. Could I use these mattresses if I put a bunkie board underneath?
- Our mattresses work with all bunk beds! We do suggest slat rolls for airflow.
- Are the mattress covers water proof?
- The mattress cover is water-resistant but not waterproof.
- I noticed one of the reviews mentioned that a premium slat roll can be purchased separately. Is the premium slat roll recommended for use with these mattresses? Or is there sufficient support for these in the standard slat roll that comes with the bed? Also, am I correct in interpreting that the mattress cover that comes with the mattress is not waterproof?

We’ve crafted our mattresses with a fire-retardant sock liner that provides a safe sleeping space without the use of harmful fire-retardant chemicals or fiberglass.
