Low loft bundle
"My first purchase from Max and Lily and I do not regret it! I purchased the bundle loft bed with dressers (I didn't take a pic of the dressers). Shipping was fast and assembly was very easy & straightforward. Bed and dressers are very sturdy and I do see this lasting a long time. The versatility of this bundle is perfect bc we can put the dressers under the bed as advertised or separate them. We opted to separate them after building until we complete his room (will post an updated pic later) My 6 yr old I love it. He sleeps comfortably in his bed every night with no complaints so far other than needing a place to store his remote and controllers while he's in the bed so I will be purchasing accessories for that. Damaged furniture - really poor customer service experience. Would not shop here again
"We ordered two of these for our boys. This is our first order. Three of the six pieces came substantially damaged - two pieces from one order and one piece from the other order. We were told we would get a refund of 10% for both orders but we only got a refund of $100. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service team they said they decided to combine the damaged pieces, hence the smaller refund. I was then told if I wanted them to send pieces that were not damaged I would have to pay for it. The furniture is super cute but this is poor customer service. For those looking for a similar bed choice but want better customer service, you can get a similar set at Home Depot or Wayfair. In my experience, those two places had much better customer service."

- Hi Kara! No, a Twin XL mattress will not fit on the Twin loft bed. It is designed to fit a standard Twin mattress only.

- Hello, The bed measures 81.5" L x 42.25" W x 50" H without taking in account the ladder. This supports a standard Twin Mattress that is 75" x 38" We recommend a 5" mattress to maximize the safe amount of guardrail. Thank you
