Strong: High, 400 lb weight capacity per bed safely holds growing kids & teens.
Thoughtfully included: Includes slat roll + metal support bar for added reinforcement; no box spring or Bunkie board required. Please note that the desk must be attached to the loft structure and cannot be used as a standalone feature.
Flexible: Ladder, desk & shelving unit are reversible (assemble on right or left-hand side).
Dimensions: Total footprint (including ladder) 81.5" L x 59.5" W x 68.5" H; underbed clearance is 51.75" high; total length is 95.5 with desk. Tall, 14" guardrails safely fit standard twin-size mattresses (up to 8" thick).

- Only one (1) user on the ladder at a time, weighing no more than 200 lbs.
- Use two hands when using the ladder.
- Always face the ladder when climbing or descending.
- Do not carry a heavy load while on the ladder.
- Keep body between the sides of the ladder.
- Do not jump off or onto the ladder.
