"Our 3 year old son loves his new bed. He rotates between sleeping on the top and bottom. He loves going down the slide as well. We did have a slight issue with one of the parts not matching up but I emailed Customer Service and within minutes they got back to me and within a few days were shipping us a new part which fixed the issue and we were able to fully put the stairs together to finish the bed. The instructions were relatively easy to follow. We are very happy with the new bed!"

"Being 100% honest here. For the most part this thing is incredibly sturdy and sound and my boys love it thoroughly! The wooden spindles move up and down and make noise(not a big deal), and the wooden slats on the top bunk made an annoying noise as my boys would walk across it. I fixed the slat noise by putting those felt slider pads for chair legs between each slat and the metal support beam. Though my rating is more of a 4. 5, we are 100% happy with our purchase after the tweaks made! I'd buy another one in a heartbeat!"
Easy install slide too fast.
"Install was easy except for one screw hole that didn't line up on the banister. Looks great in the kids room. Some pieces don't have the same paint finish so may need to repaint. I adapted the instructions to have the stairs and slide on the same side. Deducted one star bc the slide is too steep/fast."

"Worth every penny and some. We originally purchased a bed very similar to this one, but it was metal. We had it put together for not even two weeks before the rail broke off. We immediately got rid of it, because it was clearly not safe, and found this bed. It is STURDY!!! The slide, the stairs, the beds . . . STURDY. In addition, it arrived extremely fast (even with pre-order), it was well packaged and well labelled. All parts were whole, no missing pieces/parts and well labelled. Instructions were very clear and we got it built in no time."

- The slide is bolted on. It would be best to keep it attached consistently.

- What's the height measurement between the top of bottom bunk mattress and the bottom of the top bunk? Trying to figure out if kids ages 7 and up would have enough room to sit up and get in/out of bottom bunk.
- The under-bed height is 31 inches, not including the mattress. We recommend a 5" mattress to give you the maximum amount of headspace
