THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN AGED 6-10 YEARS OLD.
- To prevent serious injury, children must NOT use the slide until properly installed.
- Observing the following statements and warnings reduces the likelihood of serious or fatal injury.
- ONLY 1 user/occupant of the slide at a time, weighing no more than 106 lbs. (48 kg).
- It is strongly recommended that there be on-site adult supervision for children.
- Please instruct children not to walk in front of children sliding down the slide.
- Please instruct children not to use the equipment in a manner other than intended.
- Do not attach items to the bed or slide that are not specifically designed for use with it, such as, but not limited to jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables, and chains as they may cause a strangulation hazard.

- Use two hands when using the ladder.

"The quality is very nice for the price, highly recommend! My boys are 5 and 3 years old and they absolutely love this bed! I like that the top bunk has good support and isn't extremely high up (I am 5'4 and the top bunk is right about my chest/under shoulders). It doesn't take up a lot of space even with the slide, however I felt the slide is a little steep. We also have a 8"" mattress on the bottom and there is still decent amount of space and 6"" mattress on top to stay below the guardrails. Assembly took about 2-3hrs with two adults, instructions are simple, all parts and hardware were included."
