"Avoid purchasing from website at all cost! They send the bed without assembly instructions, their website did not have the instructions for this model. After calling many times and not reaching anyone, I used the chat, took over 30 min to get a response they they are unable to find the assembly instructions to send to me, and once found they will send. I asked to return, there is a shipping fee and restocking fee. The shipping fee alone is ridiculously expensive. A customer should not have to pay for a return due to sellers mistake. If you really want to try their product I'd suggest buying from Amazon where there is free returns, but at your own risk."
