"The bed is great! good quality, solid wood and shipped undamaged. It was relatively easy to assemble and I did it myself. If I have one issue, it is how all the assembly screws are a shipped in one bag. Many are the same length, but different colors (and color is not noted in the instructions). I was only able to tell some apart by matching the quantities listed in the manual."

"It's fine. Looks cool. My son is happy, but quality control could be better. There is a white scratch mark, small dent and rough white patch on one of the supports. Customer service is a real treat. Already refused delivery on one of the boxes because there was a gash/hole with obvious damage to the bed inside. Don't do that by the way or you will be charged $50 to have another one shipped out. You must accept the delivery, take pictures and submit a report before they will accept anything back. Customer service acted like I did something shocking and were doing me a favor by charging me to ship out a replacement. I suggested they wait to receive the damaged item back and then ship out the replacement, but they said that would take too long and be too difficult because there wasn't tracking on the return. Thought I was doing the right thing, but sure. Wish I had not been tempted by the sale and shopped elsewhere."
