Great Bunk Bed. !

"This turned out amazing. It’s a quality product and looks really nice. The stairs and the frame are very sturdy and the finish is nice. Do give yourself plenty of time for the build, it did take 5+ hours (mostly on the stairs). We went with a 6inch Mattress on the bottom and got a 2inch memory foam so that the kids can sit up on the bottom bunk. Overall Kiddos and I are very happy with the bunk bed. !"

"Beautiful, sturdy bed, perfect for littles. I like that it is a floor bed on the bottom for my 2 year old but not so tall so I can see my 5 five year old up top. We opted for the stairs to eliminate possible injuries and make it less exciting so bedtime would be easier. I also like the storage on the side although it’s not tall shelves so tall books can’t fit up right. We love it in the pecan color. Very satisfied and plan to keep this for 3-5 years!"

This is only day two

"This is only day two with this product, but it was not too difficult to assemble. It took us most of the day to do the bed and stairs. Directions were ikea style, no words, just pictures. On the stairs there was one hole not drilled all the way, but otherwise everything fit together just right. I don’t love the MDF panels used to enclose the stairs from the bed because we specifically wanted everything to be solid wood. That is my only complaint. This seems sturdy and safe for my kids."

Attractive and well built. Should outlast the grandkids!

"Very nice piece of furniture. Very well built and sturdy. The instructions were a little difficult at times. It did take us a couple days to put together. And I wish they included stickers to cover the bolts. Those make the piece look not as attractive. But I ordered my self so can't wait to see."

Perfect for young children!

"We bought this bunk bed for our young daughters! It’s perfect. We love the stairs and the fact that the top bunk isn’t too high for our 4 year old. I can still reach to make the bed and talk to her. It looks very nice and sturdy. It wasn’t difficult, but it did take several hours to put together"

Q&A

What is the age to be on the top and bottom bunk?
Hi Priscilla! The bottom bunk doesn't have an age limit, but for the top we recommend 6 years or older.
I am not sure about the rails. If you only order one, which rail is that!
Hey Lisa! All the guard rails that come with this bed are the same, and they can be attached to any post on the bed, Therefore, you can position your guard rail(s) anywhere on the bed depending on what best suits your unique room. We hope this is helpful, and let us know if you have any other questions!
Is the storage for the stairs just the 3 openings underneath as shown in the side picture or do the top of the stairs open for storage inside?
Under the stairs are shelves for storage!
Is the rail for the bottom bunk able to go along the full length of the bed on both sides?
Hi! We do not recommend placing guard rails the full length of the bed on both sides. This could keep a child trapped, which could cause a safety issue. Thanks, The Max & Lily Team
Is this style (low, with stairs) made in full over full size? I can't seem to find it from any company.....
Hello, No, we do not have a Full over Full Low Bunk Bed with Stairs in the Max&Lily line. Thank you
Can you choose which side the stairs goes on?
Hi, Thank you for reaching out with your question regarding the Low Bunk Bed with Stairs and Guard Rails, we are happy to help! The staircase can be assembled on either side to best fit your room. The Max & Lily Team
