"Excellent addition to our grandkids bedroom. Quality piece of furniture and I'm sure they will love it on their next visit. Assembly instruction were very clear and easy to follow. This old grandpaw needed a little assistance (grandma) on a couple steps but had it completed in one day. Went with a 6†foam mattress on the trundle and it fits fine but would not be possible with a heavy comforter when storing under the lower bunk."

- Hey Dee! Each bunk can hold up to 400 pounds. Though our trundle has been safety tested, it has not been weight tested as it is considered a bed accessory. Although these beds have no "official" weight limit, we would recommend no more than 150 pounds on our trundle beds. So, you can easily have your fun sleepovers and bedtime stories without any worry! Remember, it's important to keep it safe and not overload the bed. Happy dreaming!
