"I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to because I had a really good experience with Max & Lily. I got the full bed with the trundle. The whole bed was very easy to put together (even the trundle) and my daughter loved it. However, the next day while my daughter was lying on the trundle we heard it break. We checked and it was underneath the trundle where the wheels go. I emailed their customer support and they replied within the hour, they provided me with a solution to either replace the piece that broke off or to replace the whole trundle. I chose to replace the whole trundle and use the extra pieces for extra support. I personally would not get the trundle bed again but I will 100% purchase different furniture and recommend others to buy from Max & Lily."

"The slats are far apart. So if you have a thin and soft mattress it seems it could be dangerous if you stand on the bed and your foot falls between the slats. I'm ordering different mattresses. Other than that, you can see it looks great. The trundle moves smoothly and pretty easily. It very was pretty easy to put together."

- Hello, Thank you for asking! US Safety Regulations require bunk and loft beds to withstand a 400lbs dead weight test. The test is designed as follows: Center a sheet of ¾” (19mm) thick plywood with dimensions of 19” (480mm) x 37” (940mm) on the slat roll and place weights with a total mass of 400lbs (181.4 kg) on the plywood. The weights should be applied gradually and shall remain in place for at least 5 minutes. Our beds meet or exceed all safety requirements. As for the trundle, you can move it from side to side to meet your needs! Thank you

- Will the 5 inch twin memory foam mattress that you sell for the trundle? According to your website, the trundle bed measures 74.5”L X 40.75”W X 11.75”H. However, the twin mattress measures 75” L x 38.5” W x 5” H. A standard twin also measures 75” L. In other words, the twin mattress appears the measure longer than the trundle bed.
