Great bed with a caveat

"The quality of this bed is fantastic. We have no complaints about the bed itself. Easy to put together and very heavy and sturdy. Only removing one star because of the instruction book. There are a couple of parts that are screwed to another part, but the instruction book doesn't tell you that. So when you get to that step, you think the parts are missing! But they aren't. They are screwed to the pieces used in one of the following steps. This caused an almost 2 month delay in our completion of assembly as we had to work with customer service several times to get the "missing" pieces that ended up not even being missing."
