- How many inches above the ground are the slats?
- Hi Stacey! The slats are about 2.5 inches off the ground.
- Can you purchase a loft bed that would fit over this floor bed, or somehow convert this floor bed into the lower level of bunk beds? We have a young child ready for a floor bed now and a baby, so we want to get a floor bed that will work for our older child now, and then in a few years have the younger one use the floor bed and switch the older to a loft bed above it.
