"We purchased the loft bed with desk and stairs for our daughter. When it arrived, we opened the desk and immediately noticed it was damaged. We also noticed some damage on the stairs although it was minor enough that we were able to glue and clamp it to fix it. We contacted support about the desk damage and they shipped us a replacement. The replacement showed up with worse damage than the original. We contacted support again and had to have a third desk shipped. The third desk arrived completely in tact. Overall, we are happy but it was a bit of a hassle getting so many replacements. Overall, their support was absolutely wonderful. We never had to argue or fight with them to get the replacements. We just provided proof of the damage and they issued the replacement immediately. I think the company would do well to invest in higher quality packing foam. It is very cheap, brittle foam and is probably part of the reason they kept showing up damaged."

Love this bed. It is

"Love this bed. It is sturdy and built well. I like that there are two options for either a stair or a ladder. We built the stairs. Definitely would recommend this. We bought one earlier from a different company- returned it because the wood was not good, and the bed felt very unstable. Not the case with this one. Customer service was also excellent and quick with replacing a couple of pieces for the stairs. My daughter loves the bed."
