"Unfortunately we’ve had to deal with Maxwood Furniture customer service, but they are wonderful. First, our bed did not show up despite showing delivered by Fedex—they were preparing to ship an entire new loft when it arrived 5 days later. One of the support rails was cracked and they were wonderful getting a new one shipped out. We assembled the bed with the damaged rail, while awaiting the replacement part and it was very straightforward. It is sturdy and beautiful. We are happy with the pirchase"
