We’re delivering all across the contingent United States and Canada. With FREE shipping* on all orders over $350, your next room makeover is closer than you think.
At Max & Lily®, we’ve made it easy to get the furniture you and your kids love, without all the hassle. Once your order is placed, please allow an estimated 2 to 5 business days* for it to be processed and prepared to ship out. Our Standard Ground ships through FedEx*, with transit times varying based on your destination’s proximity to our South Carolina or California warehouses.
Order Processing
We believe shipping should always be straightforward. Once your order begins processing, you will receive a tracking number in your email. When your furniture arrives, we recommend inspecting all items. With our furniture’s unique solid wood construction, boxes are large and heavy. Having two adults makes it easy to move boxes into your home - so you can start designing your new favorite space.
Pre-Orders
Items that are temporarily unavailable will be back in stock within 2-3 weeks and are available for preorder now. For details on when a specific item will be ready to ship, feel free to reach out to us at customercare@maxandlily.com

Canada Shipping Rates
We ship to Canada through FedEx Express and Ground Economy services. Shipping rates are based on the order total, as outlined below:
- Orders under $100: $50
- Orders between $100 and $250: $100
- Orders between $250 and $500: $150
- Orders between $500 and $750: $200
- Orders between $750 and $1,000: $225

- These are special items shipped directly from our trusted vendors instead of our main warehouse, which means they may arrive at a different time then other items and do not qualify for rush shipping.
