They sent an automated email back right away saying this was important to them and that they'd connect me with a specialist because they want to make sure this is resolved. Great! Then I wait. Nothing. I send a second email. Still nothing. An interesting approach to customer service! The bed itself is nicely made, solid wood unlike a cheaper IKEA alternative. Easy enough to put together, takes a couple hours. But for $900 from what seemed like a reputable company, I had hoped for a better experience."
