"NEVER AGAIN. After buying several products from Max and Lily and being grateful to find a brand I thought was safe for my kids and reasonably affordable, I will never buy another Max and Lily product after my experience with this bed. As the pictures show, a structural part of the bed split apart during ordinary use. Nearly 2 weeks and 10 emails into a warranty claim, I still have no substantive resolution. The process seems designed to discourage and deter warranty claims. Most recently, Max and Lily claimed to attach an assembly guide identifying the broken part—but there was no attachment. I found the guide myself online, and the part they identified isn’t even in it. But hey, if they ever honor the warranty, at least I get the pleasure of disassembling and reassembling the bed myself AND hoping the remaining structural components are still safe!"

"Not happy with our purchase. Blue color is nice but It seems flimsy and doesn't hold myself and my kid if I need to be in the bed or if they're playing around on the bed/jumping like kids do. It's uncomfortable. The metal rod down the middle digs right in to your back along with the slats. You can't put more than a 5 inch mattress on the bed because it will go above the foot board if so and look odd. My kid likes it but we'll probably have to replace in a year or so with something sturdy. For the cost I should have just gotten an amazon or Walmart bed that would have been better and half the price."
Nice design, not true to color
"Nice design but the color is not true to the picture, which I'm really disappointed by. The box says Pecan but it looks nothing like what's posted on the website. Unfortunately, it's too large and I had already opened several pieces so proceeded to build it. Additionally, you will need a power drill to assemble it because some parts have no holes and a screwdriver will not work (despite that being shown in the instructions). It took me 3 hours to construct this bed."

"The only thing I didn't like was that where required screws didn't have holes pre-drilled already so I messed up a bit. As a mom with no tools it was a bit frustrating but overall the instructions were easy to follow and the bed seems durable."

- Hi Marie! Our full bed has a metal support bar in the middle and a slat roll to support your mattress and child! The weight capacity is 400 lbs!

- No, our beds do not require a box spring. Our slat roll is designed to take the place of the traditional box spring. In fact, we recommend not using a box spring on our beds at all.
